What Makes AVODAH Different

Heart for the Nations

“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few” Matthew 9:37

Our hearts are that through Live School and the AVODAH program the Lord will ignite your heart for the nations.

This is where God calls us to be, our eyes have to be opened to the need for the Gospel and to hear the Fathers heart for His children.

Through prayer, mentorship, and partnerships with local leaders, graduates go out equipped to share the gospel, serve communities well, and invest in long‑term transformation.

Workplace Discipleship

Through the AVODAH program, students get hands‑on workplace discipleship with Jalia Technologies. They work on real projects and learn on the job in one of these areas: graphic design; social media marketing; marketing; accounting; software development; web design; business analysis; project management.

This practical training builds skills and a long‑term impact in the workplace and ministry.

Character Development

AVODAH will make character development a core, joyful discipline this year. Group accountability and simple routines so healthy choices become natural: nourishing meals, consistent movement, focused rest, and intentional time.

We hold firm to values of humility, consistency, and stewardship while celebrating progress. The result: graduates who are mentally clear, physically ready, and morally steady—people whose lives reflect the gospel in every part of daily work and relationships.

Enduring Impact

Avodah shapes more than a single year — it forms a lifetime. Through sustained mentorship, practical lessons, and descipleship, students leave with habits and convictions that guide ministry, work, and family for decades.

Graduates will carry a kingdom-shaped identity, able to serve faithfully in churches, businesses, and communities.

Rooted in skill, character, and community, Avodah graduates go forward with purpose, ready to serve with excellence, humility, and lasting impact to reflect a lifestyle of work and worship.

Outreaches

The following outreaches will have a life-changing impact on students by developing spiritual maturity, leadership, resilience, and a heart for God’s nations. They will help shape the student into a confident, servant-hearted leader with a passion to make a meaningful difference in the world.

Ethiopia (12 Days)

Students will attend a very special World Mission Centre conference, "Echoes from the Edge," to be held in the historic city of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in March 2027.

This gathering is more than just a standard conference; it is a rare, front-row opportunity to witness firsthand the incredible work God is doing through our Live School program across the globe. We are bringing together our 1st-tier leaders and approximately 150 of our dedicated 2nd and 3rd-tier leaders from over 100 nations where Live School is currently operational.

These are the remarkable individuals on the front lines. Men and women who are training local facilitators to reach unreached communities within their own languages and cultures.

It promises to be a powerful and unforgettable week, where the "echoes" of what God is doing at the very edges of the mission field are brought to the center for us to celebrate and learn from.

Students will be greatly impacted by this unique event.

Mozambique (18 Days)

An outreach to various villages in Mozambique will be undertaken. The outreach will be led by a veteran missionary couple.

Serving in villages, living simply in tents, and learning from a veteran missionary couple will build humility, teamwork, adaptability, and compassion.

Outreaches like these build character and grow all who attend spiritually.

Lesotho (12 Days)

An outreach to a village in Lesotho will be undertaken. The outreach will be led by a seasoned missionary couple.

Students will travel throughrugged area to a village high in the mountain and minister to the village people.

Again students will have the opportunity to touch the nations with the love of Jesus and come back transformed.
