AVODAH is an initiative developed in partnership between World Mission Centre and Jalia Technologies. Our heart is for the nations: we seek to glorify God with every breath, and our mission is to equip the Body of Christ by raising up a new generation of leaders. We believe the Church must stand ready to lead in ministry, in business, and in advancing the Kingdom of God.
AVODAH is not simply a year‑long programme, it is a response to the urgent need we see in this generation. Young people long for intentional guidance back to the Father’s heart and clarity in His call on their lives. Through discipleship, mentorship, and equipping, we help them discover their place in the Body of Christ and prepare them to lead with faith and conviction.

About AVODAH
The AVODAH program will commence on 15 January 2027 and conclude on 1 December 2027, including a three-week mid-year break.
It is more than a programme, it is a calling to equip the Body of Christ for ministry, missions, and Kingdom impact. The name AVODAH means work and worship, a life where everything we do is an offering that honours God. This is the foundation of the programme: not separating faith from daily life, but learning to live with purpose in every moment. Through Live School training, cross-cultural immersion, real-world internships through Jalia, mission outreaches, and intentional community life, participants are discipled to deepen their faith, broaden their understanding of global missions, and learn how to follow Jesus in every area of life.
At the core of AVODAH is the conviction that the Body of Christ is called to lead with conviction and live out its faith with purpose. This means raising leaders who know their identity in Christ, who walk in discipline, and who live out their calling with courage. Through hands-on work experience, mentorship, and daily guidance, participants are not only taught, but actively shaped.
Work and worship are not separate, but woven together into a lifestyle that honours God in both the ordinary and the extraordinary.
AVODAH exists to help young believers discover their place in the Body of Christ, to equip them with both spiritual and practical skills, and to release them ready to serve faithfully wherever God leads.

World Mission Centre
World Mission Centre was founded in 1989 by Willie and Lydia Crew, who continue to serve as ambassadors and oversee regions where WMC operates.
From the beginning, WMC has carried a clear conviction:

This principle shapes not only its global work, but also its investment in raising leaders who live with faith, discipline, and purpose.

Founded in 2012, Jalia Technologies is a software development company built to empower others, bring clarity in complex spaces, and create work that makes a real difference.
Guided by Henkie and Nerina’s belief in excellence, integrity, and care for people, Jalia invests in raising individuals who live with purpose, discipline, and faith. Their conviction that true impact comes when skill, character, and calling unite—deeply aligns with the heart behind AVODAH.
